On June 7th, The Madrona League Business Plan Competition finals will take place at IslandWood on Bainbridge Island, WA. It will be the second time that BGI and Presidio Graduate School will host the event.
The Madrona League is comprised of schools, including BGI and Presidio, with a curriculum focused on sustainability. The aim of Madrona is bring about change in business for good with an emphasis on all bottom lines: profit, people, planet, purpose.
Sharing $10,000 in prizes, the first place team will be awarded $5,000, second place will receive $3,000 and third place $2,000.
Teams interested in competing need to submit their initial application by midnight PST April 19th. The application is hosted on iStart, a business competition platform provided by the Kauffman Foundation. Teams will be announced the following week after the April 19th deadline.
