Bio
Wayne has nearly 20 years of experience leading teams in manufacturing, materials and information technology. Specialized in systems and operations, Wayne’s brings a wealth of experience to his Systems Thinking in Action course where he helps students develop skills for exposing hidden mental models, increasing understanding of feedback loops, and finding high leverage intervention points and strategies.
Wayne is currently a professor of Systems Science at Portland State University, where he conducts research on sustainability, health care and social systems.
