Nina combines verbal, visual, and projective methods in Human Factors & Transformation work at IDEO in Palo Alto, California. Using cognitive-behavioral psychology as a framework, she specializes in inspiring design by unveiling values, motivations and relationship dynamics.
Nina is currently writing her doctoral dissertation in the Organizational Transformation Ph.D. program at Saybrook University in San Francisco.
