Bio

Nancy teaches the People and Teams and Managing Change courses because “shaping organizational cultures where the triple bottom line can thrive is our goal for every BGI graduate.” She discovered the field of organizational behavior while completing her M.B.A. at St. Mary’s College and then began a career as an organizational consultant and part-time teacher in management programs.

Nancy has been teaching management, leadership, organizational culture and change courses for over 20 years. She is also currently a professor at Saybrook University where she chairs the M.A. and Ph.D. programs in Organizational Systems.

Nancy serves on the editorial boards of the Organizational Development Practitioner and the Journal for Transformative Education, is a research member of the Society of Organizational Learning, and facilitates the Pachamama Alliance’s Awakening the Dreamer Symposium.
