Mary Kay brings a wealth of knowledge from over three decades of work in the health care field as COO, Executive Director, Executive Project Manager and Contracts Manager. She sees her Leadership and Personal Development course as a way to “use the tenets of leadership to generate pragmatic approaches, understanding of organizations and systems, and help in moving organizations’ daily operations successfully through change and complexity.”
Mary Kay is active as a board member or participant in a wide range of organizations including the Greenbank Agricultural Training Center, the Whidbey Writers’ Conference, and the VHA Upper Midwest.
