For over 20 years, Lorinda has partnered with executives of leading companies to create preeminent, sustainable enterprises – building the vision, strategy, leadership competencies, world-class management systems and implementation actions to achieve performance breakthroughs. Lorinda guides both global leaders and companies new to sustainability in leveraging sustainability/CSR as a key platform for innovation and for optimizing business advantage and positive impact in the world.
Lorinda’s current research focuses on employee engagement in sustainability, value stream optimization, and accelerating innovation. Lorinda’s clients have included Alaska Airlines Group, AT&T, Ballard Power, Boeing, Darigold, HP, Nike, Telus, and Weyerhaeuser.
