Jeffrey’s business background includes experience in quality management, team management, operations, software testing and engineering in the aerospace industry. He holds a certificate in Design and Development of eLearning Systems from the University of Washington.
Jeffrey regards operations as crucial to providing market value in ways that waste the least and respond flexibly to changes in demand, supply and the environment. He has taught Quality Management and Probability and Statistics for Engineers courses at the University of Washington.
