Dennis brings a decade of experience teaching conventional operations management and a background of work in transportation, logistics and supply chain management. As a transportation provider to Toyota, Dennis adopted the Toyota Way long before it became an industry-guiding model.
Dennis has published articles in the Supply Chain Management Review and Inside Supply Management as well as two cases exploring how businesses can learn from the Native American approach to nature.
