Bio
Over the past 15 years Darcy has applied her expertise in organizational change, teams and training to the field of sustainability. Her book, The Business Guide to Sustainability, won the American Library Association Choice Award for best academic title in 2007. Darcy has also published The Step-by-Step Guide to Sustainability Planning, the novella The Dragonfly’s Question, and books on Total Quality Management and High Performance Teams.
Darcy has contributed to the advancement of sustainability by inventing the SCORE™ sustainability assessment and co-creating the SPaRK™ sustainability planning and reporting kit. Darcy is a co-founder of the International Society of Sustainability Professionals.
