Bio
One of Colleen’s passions is helping students develop systems thinking skills; she was the perfect addition to the teaching team for Systems Thinking in Action at BGI. She enjoys helping adult learners become designers and leaders of systemic organizational change.
In addition to teaching, Colleen leads a non-profit organization in the Seattle area dedicated to environmental education. She is a core faculty member at Seattle University’s Organization Systems Renewal Graduate Program. Before becoming a professor and consultant, Colleen worked as a pulp and paper engineer for the Weyerhaeuser Paper Company.
