Bio
Bill is founder of the W3 Group, a network of experienced consultants trained in Toyota fundamentals. As one of the first employees at Toyota’s Georgetown facility, Bill learned Toyota’s culture, principles and operations firsthand.
For the last 14 years, Bill has consulted with a wide range of companies making the lean transition, providing insight into lean manufacturing principles. Bill’s current focus also includes executive coaching, lasting culture change, and strategy development for large-scale organizations.
