Meet the OSR Director
Mon, Feb 11, 2013 @ 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Join this one-hour Skype call for a conversation with Colleen Ponto, OSR Program Director and faculty member. Ask questions about the OSR Master’s Program, explore curiosities, learn about the leadership competencies you will gain in OSR.
What are some of those competencies?
Take it from some recent grads who articulated the following benefits of OSR…
- The mix of what’s available in this single program sets it apart. The combination of academic knowledge (theory), skill (action), and personal mastery (self as instrument) provide a strong foundation for practical action as a designer and leader of systemic change within our organizations.
- The cohort setting provides opportunities to practice large group facilitation, intervention, dialogue, and conflict resolution.
- The experiential model emphasizes integration and application of learning throughout the program.
- Visiting faculty include seminal thinkers in the fields of change management, systems thinking, design thinking, and leadership. Hugh O’Doherty, who teaches adaptive leadership at Harvard’s Kennedy School, tells OSR students: “I love coming to OSR every year. This is the best leadership program in the country.”
We invite you to send Colleen your Skype contact and she will then call you into a group conversation. You can send this to firstname.lastname@example.org or to her Skype address at: colleen.ponto
